Our Approach

Therapy is a lot of work... It's a lot of work for both client and therapist, and this is why we believe it's critical for our clients to make a commitment upfront to giving it their best effort when making the decision to engage in psychotherapy. Now, this doesn't mean that our clients need to feel motivated or happy each time they come to session. After all, most folks don't come to therapy because they feel well. Most people will start to transition out of therapy or go into a maintenance phase when they begin to consistently feel better.

We believe in collaborating with our clients on a treatment plan that fits their lifestyle and their needs. Having extensive knowledge about evidence-based therapies for a wide variety of mental health concerns helps us tailor our clients' treatment plans and collaborate with them on setting realistic and manageable goals. Additionally, being able to offer a myriad of contexts for therapy, such as onsite/in-office, home-based, and telehealth allows us to provide our clients with on-demand and convenient services, no matter how busy their lifestyle.
